This friendly, country pub serves a variety of dishes with a modern twist and uses locally sourced produce where possible. The pubs Sunday roast is considered one of the best in North Devon.
The Black Venus
Situated in Challacombe in the Exmoor National Park is The Black Venus another traditional country pub, which is open for lunch and dinner. The character pub has a good blackboard menu, as well as daily fish specials. Dishes are cooked to order and largely use local produce.
