Magnolia View Cottage in Goodleigh, North Devon is a dog friendly holiday cottage. The four bedroom holiday home is happy to welcome one dog, which is charged at an additional £30. The cottage is ideally set up for  your four legged friend, they are welcome anywhere downstairs. We can provide equipment on request for your dog, including a dog bed, dog bowls (and poo bags). Outside the cottage has its own private, fully enclosed garden where dogs can play happily and safely.

Direct from Magnolia View there are many varied walks, including a circular walk around Millenium Woods and along Stoke Rivers Lane. Other nearby walks include those around Wistlandpound Reservoir and many across Exmoor National Park, including pathways near Watersmeet and Simonsbath. Coastal walks with your dogs can be enjoyed on the South West Coast Path, as well as using the well maintained, traffic free Tarka Trail with its wonderful views, cafes and pubs with access from Braunton, Barnstaple, Fremington, Instow, Bideford and Torrington. Saunton Sands is the perfect beach for dogs to run free and enjoy the sea and Instow is a lovely dog friendly beach, with the option of taking a short ferry (5-10mins) to Appledore fishing village for fish and chips, a cream tea or drinks on the quay (dogs are free on the ferry, adults £2, kids £1).

If looking to enjoy a night out, there are various dog friendly places to eat with the nearest being The New Inn just along the road from Magnolia View.
